So there is a quick question to think about. Why is it that we can be tired and in pain in the gym yet still push for a few more reps ... but when we are outside those gym doors we tend to stop. We won't even get out of bed because "we are tired".
In the gym, we will try a new weight. If it goes up great, if not then we will try again next week. Yet outside the gym, we are so afraid of failing that we won't even try new things.
In the gym we are apt to go up to someone that has a body or body part that we would like to have, and ask that person what they do/did to get it that way. Yet in the 'real world' we balk against information from other sources for a variety of reasons.
If we could just keep the gym mentality outside the gym, we could create a much better life for ourselves!
Just food for thought! Have a great day!
