So here is how you can dissect your own “issues” … Beliefs —–> Thoughts Thoughts —–> Emotions Emotions —–> Actions / Behaviors Actions ——> Results Results reinforce Beliefs If you aren’t experiencing something in your life that you would like to look at what is ‘upstream’ from it. For example, if you want to change your emotions ~ look to your thoughts and beliefs to see where things are going side-ways. Most of the time you are either in avoidance or overcompensation … figure out ‘why’ your psyche thinks you are not going to be ok … and you can make huge changes in your life 🙂 Illegitimi non Carborundum!
