Hello again Sports Fans!
As we are a series of never ending reciprocal feedback loops it is not surprising that it takes four pillars to help keep us healthy
Move Well ~ When we move well, we tend to sleep better, we create a drop in stress which helps us to relax better, and we tend to make better food choices ... The better sleep tends to give us more energy so we can move better again tomorrow, the better relaxation helps our bodies recover better so we can better move again tomorrow, the better food give us more energy and more effective repair of muscle so we can move better tomorrow ... And these can continue to loop around, back and forth, and across again and again and again. Each one reinforces itself and the others which in turn reinforces itself and the others ... its basically like a perpetual health engine! And it works the best when we 'act' in accordance with how we were designed to live :)
