Here is a VERY impactive practice on how to make a HUGE difference in your own life by changing your subconscious programing just before you go to sleep by Dr. Wayne Dyer. Even if you choose to NOT say anything suggested just being aware that thinking NEGATIVE just before you go to sleep is VERY detrimental to your own though patterns and subconscious beliefs ... so perhaps choose to at least think of non-consequential ideas such as ~ what's the weather going to be tomorrow or what am I going to eat with my coffee in the morning. Just dropping the negative thinking will have a beneficial impact. However, choosing to say what Dr. Dyer suggests or something similar will begin to reprogram POSITIVE changes in your thinking!
