Today is just about finding that 'why' inside you ...
So how do you kick start that desire to want to change? Maybe hearing that in 2011 17,000 Americans died of drug overdoses will get your attention, if not maybe hearing that last year 26,000 died from non-intentional overdoses ~ That’s almost a 10,000 person jump in just a few years!
Yes you read that correctly; 26,000 people died from drugs that didn't mean to … IN ONE YEAR! To put that into numbers that are not so vague, the U.S. lost 58,220 military personnel during the Vietnam war … and it lasted 19 years and 180 days! That means on average we lost 2,911 military personnel each year. Now back to that addiction death toll: it means that 900% more people are dying accidentally on drugs than were actually getting killed each year in the Vietnam war.
Folks, if you play Russian roulette long enough you are going to land on a live round!
But hey, maybe death doesn't phase you. Maybe you are ready to die. Maybe you don't care if you die. Maybe you have died before but you are still hear. So maybe it's not death that motivates you, maybe you are just getting sick and tired of being sick and tired!
Maybe you are sick and tired of:
Going to prison, going to jail, visiting friends or loved ones who are incarcerated, bonding out of jail, going to court, court costs, fines, public defendants, paying attorney fees, paying fines, paying your probation officer, going to your probation officer, community service, being violated, random drug screens, being nervous when a police car is behind you, being hassled by the police, dealing with social services, worrying about social services, home inspections, losing your home, losing your car, losing your kids, parenting classes, supervised visits, hassles at the hospital, hassles at the pharmacy, hassles with friends and family, watching people overdose, attending funerals, witnessing shootings, witnessing stabbings, your home getting robbed, people stealing from you, being raped, being abused, being beaten, selling sex, being broke, being sick, staying up for days, not eating for days, not having energy, being depressed, panic attacks, headaches, toothaches, stomach issues, restless legs ...
What else could I even add to this???
